Terms and conditions

The Torius Kits text/SMS service (the "Service") is operated by Torius Kits ("Torius Kits," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Torius Kits' text/SMS service, you agree to receive recurring text/SMS messages from Torius Kits and on its behalf through your mobile phone provider at the mobile phone number you provided, even if your mobile phone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to register for this program to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Torius Kits. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messages imposed by your mobile phone provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your mobile phone provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to text messages/SMS, including your mobile phone provider's charges.

You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP to ToriusKits or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Torius Kits mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, except where otherwise required by applicable law, you must separately unsubscribe from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile phone terms.

We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a short code or phone number that we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for fulfilling requests made in such messages.

Wireless carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you obtain a new mobile phone number, you must register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information submitted through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
